Can anyone provide the size capacity that can be uploaded for an Attachments Custom Field in Jira?

Welcome to the Community!
I am not sure If I understood your requirement correctly. In case you want to know the size that is allowed to be use for attachment you can follow the steps to manage and view the size of the attachment: 

Gear button from site (right hand top) > System > Select attachments from left hand side panel(scrolling bottom under Advanced). 

To edit this please click on Edit settings.
