Site Optimizer gone

Hello,
A few weeks ago, Site Optimizer was available, and now it's gone. I even tried to access it through a saved bookmark URL, but it's gone; I'm getting sent to a 404 page.
What happened this week - I have downgraded from Enterprise to Premium - but as far as I read, Premium should have this option too. How can I get it back?

I have just cross-checked and can see the site optimiser as before in my test site. Just for reference, it is located in Jira Admin > System > Troubleshooting and Support > Site Optimiser.

My site is on a premium plan, so indeed - it should be there. Maybe something went wrong on the downgrade from enterprise, so I would recommend you to reach out to Atlassian Support to check directly on your site (they can access it to validate if there's anything wrong there).
