Our Jira Cloud site has been stuck on the "Site Maintenance" screen for more than 3 hours.
This happened right after we tried to remove the Jira Product Discovery app.
Now we cannot access our Jira Software projects, backlog, or sprints.

The URL we used was as shown above. We don't want the URL to say "fatmasekban." I'll create a new account with our company's email address and purchase the standard package. My question is: When I create a new account, is there a way I can move the tasks from our project at the previously suspended URL to the new account?

Looks like Jira got suspended two days back. Please work with our billing team to un-suspend the instance, so that you can export the data.
