Site Admin unable to add Jira Extensions (Add ons)?

Hello Everyone,

I am a site Admin unable however, whenever I try to add Jira Extensions (Add ons) they don't work. I end up being refert to a page by Jira asking me to contact my site admin to enable them to add the add ons. Tried from the account of the other site admin and still he received the same issue.

Any help?

I'm guessing you are on Cloud?  How are you trying to "add" Jira Extensions exactly?
