Since I used my JIRA license for JIRA software can I use my Jira Agile license for Jira Core Users

Since I used my JIRA license for JIRA software and I use my now unneeded JIRA Agile license to license JIRA Core Users.

Not quite how it works. Your agile licences are now Software licences which allows all those users to use Software + Core. If you want a set of Core-only users as well, then you probably want to get a set of Coe licences for them separately. Yes, you could use the "spare" licences, but they will give than software too. So, you might want to drop your licence tier for Software, and use the spare money for Core only licences.
