Hello peops,
kind of a very simple automation what I wanna do.
Simply when X happens, change the epic link to "XX".
Problem is the following it simply doesn't load the existing epics. And I've only got the error load page again. Doesn't solve the problem.
Maybe smb can help?
Cheers,
Danny
i am unable to reproduce the issue. It may be something going on with your instance. Does it happen only with the epic link field? What about other projects? If all else fails I would recommend reaching out to Atlassian support and have them investigate.
It only happens on the epic link field. Everything else works great… also tried using a different browser. It looks more like a bug to me.

Is this TMP or CMP project? Have you contacted Atlassian support as yet?

Hi @Danny Ziegler I was not able to locate any existing support ticket for this reported behavior. So I created one on your behalf. You can access this over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-848188

Hi @Danny Ziegler welcome to the community.
Do you have access to different projects that contain epics?
Has this project its own epics?
Please share more context what epics you are looking for, and answers so I can try to help you

I use one project and inside of this project I have ~10 epics (my customers)
I am the admin, project is company managed.
I am looking for the epics inside my only 1 project. When I add a new issue I can choose from the differenct epics, too.
But in the automation section they don't show.
