Hello
When I try to access Jira from both my computer and my mobile phone using my account, the screen remains stuck in loading mode. After some time, the system displays the following message:
This issue occurs consistently on different devices and browsers, which leads me to believe it may be related to my user account rather than a specific device.
I would appreciate your support in reviewing this issue and advising on the necessary steps to restore access.

How long have you been experiencing this problem; hours, days, weeks?
Have you ever been successful in access that Jira instance previously?
Is this a new Jira instance that you have set up recently?
Are there other users for this Jira instance? If so, do they have the same problem?
I have been experiencing this issue since Monday, January 5. Previously, Jira was working correctly without any issues.
The problem affects multiple users, including my account, the service account, and the account of Steven Baños. Due to this issue, none of the affected users are able to access Jira.
I am not aware of any recent updates that may have caused this problem, but since then we have been unable to use the tool.

Have you escalated this issue to your Jira Administrators or the other administrators that manage your subscriptions to Atlassian products?
Do you know if you are using a Free subscription or a paid subscription?
If the subscription is paid, then the people who administer the Jira product can open a support case directly with Atlassian to get assistance at:
