Shut off or redirect https://jira:8443

We are using JIRA and the primary url is https://jira. (mycompany) .com:8443 but users can also access it using https://jira:8443 (this shows up as insecure though). Is there a way to shut off access to jira:8443 or redirect it to the primary url?

Is this proxied or are you doing SSL termination in Tomcat?
