Hi, we have added the users in Jira as well as we have also added them in specific group.

We need to show that specific group in Jira incident page & we are not aware of how to show the users group on Jira page.

Please help us how we can show that.

Hello @Rohit Suryawanshi

What do you mean by "Jira incident page" is it a page in confluence?

The Jira admin page, where the incident queues are present & when we open the incident, we can assign the incident to any other admin.

please check the below image.Jira_page.jpg

Hello @Rohit Suryawanshi

Jira supports custom fields like userPicker (single / multi) and group picker(single/multi). Have you tried using those custom fields and adding those fields on the screen. But this is manual operation.

If you want to dynamically pickup the group list based on the user then you can use something like scripted field from a paid plugin like script runner which in a string format displays all the groups associated with a user.
