Show transition operations on sprint

Show transition operations on sprint

On sprint view page, when click one issue, some issue info will show on right side.

Current transition operations are on the popup window menu, I want to move these operations to top menu. How?

In the pics below, I want to move the 'Workflow' operations under Assign operation.How?

There's no way to make your menus harder to use like that. Transisitions are a very different action to the issue options and deliberately pushed into another menu, to make the menus easier to use and logically grouped.
