Show sub-task when parent task on other board (and team)

We have different teams having different boards.

Monthly, we have a Task ticket assigned to one Team. This Task ticket has several Sub-Tasks assigned to other teams. My team are assigned one of these Sub-Tasks. I cannot figure out how to make our Sub-Task ticket show on our board. Is there a way to do that?
