Show stories that have a different status than their epic's state

How would I create a dashboard or list of stories that have statuses that are not the same as their epics?

For Example, the report would return something like:

Story A - In Progress, Epic A (parent issue) - Ready

Hi! Y cann't compare statuses between each other. You can combine all variants for all required statuses as variant.
