Shortcut edit icon not visible even as space admin

Hi,

I’m the administrator of this space, but the shortcut edit icon is not visible.

Steps:
1. Open the space: Final Project
2. Click the "Shortcuts" tab at the top
3. Hover over the shortcut 

Expected:
- An edit icon (pencil) appears on the right so I can edit or delete the shortcut.

Actual:
- No edit icon appears. I can only click the shortcut to open the link.

I’ve confirmed that my account is a space administrator.
Could you check why the shortcut edit icon is not showing and how to fix this?

We are a user community. We don't have access to your system or accounts so we cannot directly check why the icon is not displaying for you.

Have you ever seen the icon for editing Shortcuts in this project?

Do you have the option to Add Shortcut in this project?

Project/space Shortcuts require the Administer Projects permission in the project or the Jira Administrator global permissions. Have you explicitly confirmed that you have one or the other of those permissions?

After confirming that I recommend that you try the following:

- a different browser application
- clearing your browser cache
- a private browser window
