We have several different teams working in a single domain, each responsible for a sub-part of that domain. I'm running into the use-case where we're also, in parallel to each teams' current development track, are also working on a design-system that each team has to (and will) contribute to.
What I've done now is set up a new "general" project with one epic under which I file all stories related to the design-system and using filters to include them on team specific boards. What I'm running into however, is that whenever I add one of these general stories to a sprint in a team board, this sprint is then somehow also shared between the different teams and visible on every board.
Is there any way to circumvent this whilst still keeping one central truth for these sorts of general/global stories and sharing them in team-specific sprints? Maybe I'm going about this the wrong way, truth be told Jira is not my strong suit.
