Sharing fields between software and service projects

I have a Components field in our Jira software type project that I want to see/use in our service type project, is that possible? how? any feedback is greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Hi @Agustin Calderon , Components cannot be shared between projects without additional apps.

Thank you very much @Dave Mathijs for your prompt attention and very useful answer. I'm surprised this is not "out of the box" as it will clearly further enhance the ability to tie support and development which in turn should provide a much better end user experience.
