Sharing dashboards with groups created through an external directory

Hi,

I'm managing JIRA access using an external SSO provider, and I have custom groups where I'm adding people according to their teams.

Everything works just fine (including project permissions), apart from the dashboard sharing functionality. My users are complaining of not be able to share their dashboards within their groups. After investigating a bit, it seems that none of these groups created through the external directory is available to be picked in the sharing options.

The same doesn't happen when I try to use groups created directly in JIRA.

Do you have any idea on how I can solve this?

It was already solved. The groups were not configured properly. Added the Browse Users and Groups permission (Settings > System> Global Permissions) and it's already working. First steps as Jira Admin :)
