Sharing a kanban board

We have someone who has created a kanban board but he has not shared it with our specific groups such as:

Bamboo, Bitbucket, Jira Admins, Scrum masters, Jira users.

Is this going to be a problem going forward.  I am the scrum master and usually share our boards with the above groups.

It is not a problem. You need to share filter used in board. Please see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-a-company-managed-board/
