Sharing a Dashboard..."You haven't added share"

I'm trying to share a dashboard I created...it contains some gadgets, one of which is a 'Filtered Results' gadget based on a Filter I created.

When I try to share it with my boss, I get the following message -

What share is it talking about? I've got the following permission on the filter I created -

So I'm not sure why I can't share the dashboard... can anyone help?

Make sure you have the shared filter
