Shared filter can only be edited by the shared filter's owner? Jira Cloud /Server

I have a question about the filters.
Can a filter edit be shared on Jira Cloud? Just as it could be done in Jira Server.

According to this manual, you cannot

Correct, at the moment it is not possible to allow other people then the filter owner to edit it on Jira Cloud. But Atlassian is working on, see JRACLOUD-17783.
