I have several customers for whom I'm building new services and managing enchantment requests, and I need to share progress and priority with them.
I can see how to share the whole JIRA board with customers, however I cannot let customer A see the work we are doing for customer B.
I have all the stories I want to share grouped by epic, but I cannot see a way to share only these stories under the epic.
For example
EPIC 1 - Customer A Enhancements (which should only be visible to my team and Customer A)
EPIC 2 - Cusomter B Project (which should only be visible to my team and Customer B)
Hello @Andy Bailey
If your customers are going to be licensed user of the Jira Software project, and you are giving them Browse permission for that project, then you can use Issue Security features to limit the customers to see only a subset of issues in the project.
The specific Issue Security options depend on the type of your project.
Can you share that information with us? That information can be found on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

But is it Company Managed or Team Managed? The issue security options differ based on that.

Thank you. For Company Managed projects you can use Issue Security Schemes to limit visibility to issues within a project.
The documentation reference is:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/configure-issue-security-schemes/
Working out the correct set of schemes can be tricky, so you may want to work against a test project until you are sure you have it all worked out correctly. Otherwise you may inadvertently make issues not visible to team members who should have visibility.
If you want have questions about Issue Security Schemes after reviewing the documentation, let us know.
