Share projects with other users with Jira On-Premises

In Jira On-Premises, can I still share my project with another people? how it works?

Hello,

When you say share with others, do you want them to look at the project issues, contribute or view reports/dashboards?

If you want them to contribute then you would need to add them to your Jira instance as a user.
