I really start hating this platform, it is not updated, the RBAC are horrible, the docs are outdated, misleading information and AI bullsh*t texts.
So what are Shadow apps, why are the docs just wrong, because I can not export the list and WHY THE **** ARE YOU NOT JUST SHOW THE NAME OF THE APPS IN THE WEBUI?????

To be honest, in its current form, your post may be difficult for the Community to engage with productively. It does not really align with the standards of this Community, where members are generally here to help each other. This is a community forum, not an Atlassian Support channel.
CSV export exists for a reason. In many cases, the data set is very large, and CSV is a standard format for handling that efficiently.
