Several active sprint tasks are missing from the Active Sprint board

There are tasks that are in the active sprint, showed under the sprint in the backlog section. However , when looking on the Active sprint agile board , they are not there. it happen few times already. The common for those tasks, is that they moved to the active sprint after start, from another board. Any idea how to fix that?

Are all the status mapped into the board columns?

If not, then issues in unmapped status won't appear in the board.

Yes, checked that, all is mapped

Have you specter the filter for the board to ensure they are not being hidden? Any quick filters coming into play?

Assuming the board filter is applicable both for backlog view & active sprint, it should show those issue on both

please go into board settings > general and click edit filter. view the results of the filter. do the issues show there? If not then the issues are 'falling thru the cracks' of your filter. Or rather the filter is excluding these issues. Inspect your filter. If the issues are being shown then if all statuses mapped as Nic states and no quick filters are on then you need to contact Atlassian Support.
