Setup JIRA to use Oracle Service Name

I have installed and setup the JIRA database using SID, but we prefer to use Oracle service names. Is there a way to configure JIRA to use service names?

Hi There,

Do you mean something like using tnsnames.ora? If so, there is this KB article describing the steps.
