Settings SD-project?

I want set up an SD-project, being an admin myself. I want only one email-adress to be able to enter or adjust requests in my SD-project. Which settings shpould I use best and how to add this one email-adress to my customerlist??

Make sure that email address is the only user who is a customer or agent in the project.
