Hi,
I have a custom field called PM. It's a user picker. I'd like the default value upon ticket creation to be the current user (since the user creating the ticket is, not always but, usually the PM). Ie: so it gets assigned on ticket creation.
I know I can assign current user to a custom field as a post action after the ticket is created. But I'd like the user to appear in the ticket creation view, so the user can see it, and set the field to another user if necessary.
Is there any easy way to do this? (ie: without scripting)
Maybe there's a method of setting the default field value to current user vs hardcoding a user to the default value of the field?
