Hello,
I am trying to set up SSO among Jira and Confluence, through Crowd (SSO).
The particularity in my case is that I had been trying Jira for some time using the evaluation license.
We are now about to buy the licenses, so we have set up the Prod server with these three products, and I migrated the internal DB to the Prod server, hosting the DB it in PostgreSQL.
The user authetication is going to go through LDAP.
I have tried setting up the two Direcotry available options in Jira:
LDAP and "Internal with LDAP Authentication"
But none of them work with SSO, with the already existing users... this is with those users existing in LDAP and that had not been migrated (not coming from the former internal DB), they are fine, but with those 10 users that had been migrated, they can't authenticate at all.
The question is, is there a way to migrate the users and all their stuff from Jira (we don't want to lose it), and carry on authenticating using SSO, but with LDAP instead of the internal or local authentication?.
