Hello,
I am trying to integrate Jira Core / Software, using the server version, with Workotter PPM software. Workotter supports two-way JIRA integration, but according to them only using JIRA Cloud. This makes sense as Workotter only provides a cloud-hosted version of their software, but I honestly don't see why hosting/deployment should matter on the JIRA side. Has anyone attempted to integrate these two solutions, and if so, can you share how did you approach this?
