I'm currently working with a client where they have agreed to do some testing for us off the back of development work, however what would be the best way to set up the guest user within our project where they only get to see the tickets assigned to them.
The issue I have is that you have to invite the guest to a whole project (we're working off a company managed project) and we have all our tickets in one project. So giving them access to this one project will allow them to see all tickets being worked on, including other customers. Which if what we don't want to do.
Has anyone been able to find a work around with this, without having to build out a customer service board (as we already have a main one)?
