Setting up a nerw release proposes date in 1993

Hi, 

using Jira Software cloud, the interface proposes a release date in 1993, when we want to define a new version. 

Any clue, where I can set a more usefull default?

Language we work in, is mainly german with germon browser language settings.

After some research it seems to be a common problem:

[JRACLOUD-78106] Creating a new issue or editing existing issue can show a default sample value of 2/18/1993 for any date or date/time field - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

[JRACLOUD-74775] Empty dates are being set to 2/18/1993 in Jira fields on the VSCode integration - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

[JRACLOUD-77159] Date/DateTime field defaults to 18/02/1993 upon selection - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

But as far as I understand and tested, the shown date is not saved and if you click on the field to use the date picker, you start at the correct date.
