Setting "closed" issues to "resolved"

Very basic question but I cant remember. I need to have the "closed" status in my workflow trigger the issue to "resolved." I tried to edit the transition in the workflow but it said I needed to connect to bitbucket, etc. Please advise.

Perhaps I was doing it wrong- can you give me the steps needed to make closed a resolved status? Thanks

I can't think of a way that Jira might ask you about bitbucket when you edit a transition. Could you give us a screenshot?
