Setting a security level is not creating the sub tasks configured in the work flow via post function

Hello ,

I have added a security level to one of the workflows such that only the select users can view the issues.

This workflow has post functions associated with it and would ultimately create 7 sub tasks for different project teams. 

When Iam trying to create an Issue with the security level assigned, I see that the sub tasks are not getting created as desired. Can someone help me how to resolve this issue? I was of the understanding that the parent security level gets inherited by the sub tasks automatically but here I see that the Sub tasks are not created.

Can you share some more information? What error is happening that the Sub-task does not get created? What does the post function look like that creates the Sub-task? Are you using any add-ons for this?
