i am trying to set different alarms for my SLA in jira, for instance if i am in amber state a message or sound would be triggers to notify the management that the SLA in under serious breech
Alarming with colors and sound is not supported. You could check for an addon but I have my doubts that there will be one. You can setup email notifications to achieve this.
There are a number of discussions in the Community so you might want to do a bit of searching to find the best solution for you. Most commonly you would build a JQL filter for breached or about to breach issues and create a subscription to the filter. Here is one thread explaining get how.
