Whenever I want to see the history of an issue, I have to click `Activity` and set it as `History`:
How can I set the default settings as `History`?

Currently, it's not possible to set the default activity for new issue view.
On the old view, once you select History, for example, all the other tickets that you check will open directly the History.
I searched for features related to this, but couldn't find anything that could help us.
I would suggest you raise a feature request on jira.atlassian.com (project JRACLOUD) about this feature and add more information about why this feature would help your environment.
