Set field as mandatory depending on other field value - in creation screen

Hey,

 

I have 2 departments who opens bugs in JIRA (cloud). I need to make 2 fields mandatory only if the reporter is from a specific department (in JIRA group).

I can't find a solution for it (need for one screen when creating a Bug).

 

Will be happy to hear some workarounds
