Set and manage project permissions

Hi,  I found this video that shows you how to do everything I need to restrict access to project by using groups.

Has anyone listed out these steps? 

The video runs pretty fast.  I had to replay it several times to get just one project set up.  I am new to JIRA.  This may have been a factor.  I believe some of the steps are setup of my installation and won't have to be repeated.  Some of the steps will need to be repeated for each user.  Others will be needed for each new project.

Thank for your response.  I did see this page.

It was my hope that someone had simply recorded the steps in text in the same sequence they were performed.
