With our current version of Jira (7.6.1), we are not able to create a Priority scheme for Service Desk, so I am trying to create a simple behavior to restrict the options of the Priority field and to set the default value.
By chance, does anyone have a simple script to do this? I've tried a few sags, but cannot seem to get it them to work as needed.

You are only one minor version of Jira Core behind where that became possible for Jira Service Desk projects. Please see the details in the Jira Service Desk 3.10.x release notes.
It explains how JSD 3.10.x was the first version to introduce this ability to those types of projects. In order to update Service Desk to a 3.10.x version, your Jira Core version must first be upgraded to a 7.7.x version.
