Set JIRA Agile Estimate on issue creation?

Is there a field I can set in issue created that edit's the field they see on the JIRA Agile Estimate of the issue?

Tried Story Points and Time Tracking, neither of those seem to work... unless i'm not setting something up correctly.

I am guessing that you are missing something. Time estimation is based on the Number type field defined on the Rapid Board. Once you add that field to your screens, your user can edit that field to change the estimation.
