Hi,

We are using JIRA Cloud. I want to add default watchers for different issue types. Can anyone please advise how I can achieve this task?

Best Regards

Dishant

This is not possible in Cloud. Best thing you can do will be to add those default watchers into a group or project role and use it directly in the notification scheme. They won't be able to unsubscribe (stop watching) on selected issues in that case though.

Is this still the case?  We're using Atlassian cloud but want to add default watchers for a specific issue type.  We can even create new issue type just to accommodate this feature.
