Service desk queue doesn't appear

I've created a Service Desk project and it was working very well until adding the 5th service desk user to help us with the queues.

The user was added correctly but the queues are not appearing to him.

Maybe is because we are on the trial, however, we want to buy how we can do it? Is it a bug?
