We recently started using Service Desk to manage external clients' support requests for websites we've built and are currently maintaining. The majority of sites we build are in Wordpress. We've created external service desk projects for each client, which they can access via links placed around the WP admin panel.
I'm wondering if there are any existing WP plugins or home grown solutions that would allow clients to submit tickets from within the WP panel? At the very least, are there any SSO solutions to allow access to the Jira hosted portal once logged into the WP panel? We've enabled the widget collector which we have embedded on the WP panel login page, which is fine, but we'd really like to find a way to give clients the full thing from within the panel.
