Send notification email checkbox in create new user form

Hi Guys!

Every time i create new user in Jira i have to check "Send notification email checkbox".
Is there some simple way to make this checkbox allways selected on some confliguration or .vm view?

Hi Jacek,

On Jira Server, the option to send the invite is not checked by default, different from Jira Cloud where it's the opposite.
This information is shown on our documentation: Create, edit, or remove a user

Optionally, select the Send Notification Email checkbox to send the user an email containing:
- their login name.
- a link from which to set their password (this link is valid for 24 hours).

I didn't find any feature request suggesting the option to invite to be set by default, please, feel free to raise one on jira.atlassian.com (project JRASERVER) adding more information about why this feature would be important for your environment.
