I'm trying to response to tickets from anonymous users. I created a custom field called "Email", that the user has to input with theirs, but I don't know how I can add it to the recipient.
"Email This Issue" is a solution but the manual steps to add the recipient are a bit tedious and I'd like to automate this process for when the ticket was submitted from our anonymous user.
Could you please help me with this?

There's no native way to do it in Jira. It's part of the security posture Atlassian built in to the tool. You will need to use a 3rd party App such as JEMH or Email This Issue.
