Send an Email from Jira to a Broadcast list

Hello, 

The context: I have created a transition that triggers the automatic sending of an email , all you have to do is select within a list which person or broadcast list you want to send the email to, and Jira sends one.

With normal adresses such as jane.doe@atlassian.com the email gets sent.

But for broadcast lists, the email is sent but never reaches it destination. I have tried many different broadcast lists that are working perfectly. 

I looked in the system parameters but it doesn't seem like there is an option to block email that are sent to broadcast lists. 

Does anyone have a clue about what could be the cause?

Hi @Hamza Badri 

If the notification is send for user emails but not email that are broadcast email, I would guess that the issue come from the mail server you are using. It probably block such reauest but I do not think it come from JIRA.

What are you using to send the email ? Any app ?
