In Team managed project if a user is mentioned in custom field, then we must send mail notification to user.
But in automation send mail we don't find the custom field
is there any option to send the user mail ?

Please show us your complete automation rule, details for any step that is trying to use that custom field, and the audit log for the execution of the rule
Also show us the details of the issue involved in the rule execution so that we can see the field you want to use.
