Send Azure issues to manage in JIRA?

We use JIRA to manage development, but Azure to manage manual testing.  Can we import bugs found in Azure to JIRA?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
It's possible to import bugs from Azure if Azure has a tool to export the bugs as CSV.
If Azure provides that, you can follow the steps of the documentation below to import the CSV file:
