Hi, I followed the integration guide and was able to connect the. self managed gitlab instance with Jira. 

Now. gitlab instance is able to parse and hyperlink jira issues to jira but the commits and merges are not showing up in the jira ticket details page.

What am I missing? Why is it an one sided connection?
