Hello. 

Our company is currently evaluating JIRA Agile. A question that came up was in the event that we want to migrate from self host to cloud what would be the pricing implication. We are evaluating the software for 100 licenses.

Hi.

After you migrate, the price will be one for a 100 license, both for JIRA and JIRA Agile. 

You can check it here and here.

Notice that they are monthly payments.
