Hi, @Shankar Gunde! 👋

If you want to see only specific fields from a project, here are a couple of options:

  • Search (JQL) – filter/search by project = Project, then click Columns to pick necessary fields. Save this filter if you're planning to re-use it.
  • Export - export search results to Excel/CSV with selected fields.
  • REST API - use the fields= parameter to fetch only needed fields.
  • Dashboard/Gadgets - display selected fields in a custom view.

Hope this gives some ideas ✨

Hello @Shankar Gunde

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you provide more information about your use case? What do you need the fields for? Are you trying to adjust the view that you see for the issue? Are you trying to create a report?

What is your level of access? Are you a Jira Administrator, a Project Administrator, or a non-admin user?

What type of project does this concern? Get the project Type information from the View All Projects page available under the Projects menu.
