Select Project or Users view GreenHopper > > Disable Agile in Dashboard for customers

We set GreenHopper so only certain projects are enabled under Enabled Projects but projects that are not enabled can still view the AGILE pulldown in the Dashboard. How do we screen external customers from viewing the AGILE pulldown on their Dashboard? External customers have same AD userid as internal users.

I have seen other records that AGILE will be viewable by all users. Is there a way to block this to external customers?

Hey there, KP11.

I don't think that this can be configured via the JIRA UI itself. The Agile dropdown will be visible to all the JIRA users. We believe that that the GreenHopper Agile dropdown will only be present / not only if it is installed or not.
